Monster is a 2022 Indian Tamil-language activity parody film[4] composed and coordinated by Nelson and delivered by Sun Pictures. The film stars Vijay and Pooja Hegde, driving a group cast including Selvaraghavan, Shine Tom Chacko, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, VTV Ganesh, Shaji Chen, Aparna Das, Sathish Krishnan, Lilliput and Ankur Ajit Vikal. It spins around an ex-RAW specialist's campaign to save individuals kept on lock down in a shopping center by psychological oppressors.

The creation privileges of Vijay's 65th movie as lead entertainer, which was likely named Thalapathy 65, were procured by Sun Pictures toward the beginning of January 2020, and the movie was set to be composed and coordinated by AR Murugadoss. In any case, the makers expelled Murugadoss from the film in October 2020, after he would not cut his compensation. Nelson was subsequently employed, and composed another content for the film.

With an authority declaration during December 2020, the film started head photography in April 2021, and wrapped that December. It was shot across different areas in Chennai, including an uncommonly planned set looking like that of a shopping center where a large portion of the film was shot, while irregular timetables occurred in Delhi and Georgia. The music was made by Anirudh, cinematography was taken care of by Manoj Paramahamsa, altering by R. Nirmal and creation configuration regulated by D. R. K. Kiran, individually.

Monster was delivered in performance centers on 13 April 2022.
